All transactions processed through the meradigitalaps Platform are final once confirmed. Upon successful completion of a recharge, bill payment, money transfer, or service request, the amount debited from your account is immediately transferred to the respective operator, biller, or beneficiary.
Hence, such transactions cannot be cancelled or reversed once processed successfully.
In the event of a failed or pending transaction where the amount has been deducted from your account but the service (e.g., recharge, bill payment, or transfer) has not been delivered, we will:
If a user accidentally makes a double payment for the same transaction or service, we will refund the duplicate payment amount after verifying the transaction details and confirmation from our payment processor. Refunds will typically be processed to the same account or payment method used for the original transaction within 7 working days.
If you believe an incorrect amount has been charged or a service has not been delivered as promised, you must raise a dispute within 48 hours of the transaction by contacting our support team through the Help section or via email at help.meradigitalaps@gmail.com.
Each dispute will be investigated thoroughly, and resolution will be provided within a reasonable timeframe depending on operator/bank response.
Amounts added to your meradigitalaps wallet through UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking are non-refundable and cannot be transferred back to your bank account under normal circumstances.
However, in exceptional cases such as system errors, failed additions, or unauthorized deductions, refunds will be processed after verification.
